Mill:
We are pretty good at the "no spend", rarely buying anything new when something from a thrift shop will do. I am getting better at avoiding thrift shops lately. Do not feel as though I need anything. Just need to sort out what I have and jetison as much as possible.

Busy week: three days in Montreal getting things done: finalized passport application, visited friend who bought enough pots to pay for passport! Much needed new cord for Mac, various food stuffs and down to mill for music. Another trip to good butcher for their nitrite-free sausages - this lot to take to Beaver - and visit to local potter where I obtained much needed supplies and a bottle of purple underglaze to try out. Went to our fav pizza place and --- the pizza knocked us both out for several hours so we missed the Saturday eve music event, did not get glazing done, and forgot to go to the farm market today. Worse than the pasta last month. That was NOT de-cluttering!

Glazed today and a firing is underway, with 3 trial pieces. Second glaze firing will have to wait 'til next trip. Four loads of laundry done; drying has been tedious. Dishes need to be washed before I leave for Beaver in the morning. Looking forward to seeing how much the snow has de-cluttered up there! There is none here though we had another inch yesterday. Still below freezing nights.
