You may be right, Hootenanny. I poked around a bit ant found a reference to the song on Rounder Records, Rounder 0143. Record by Wilma Lee and Stoney Cooper

I finally hit a site that had the track list and "Forsaken Love" is on it. I'm pretty sure now that is what I have been searching for.
