It isn't going to happen. I'm not a homicidal maniac (I think) but you or Fred next door nor the state could do sweet FA about it.

I am not saying as a state we should not make strenuous efforts to ensure it doesn't happen but they is absolutely no point in causing daily panic in the population at large.
