I think that they just quote government and security services. That is the status in Socialist France and Belgium, and both have the army on the streets because of it.

And their policy of demonisation of Muslims and refugees is, of course, a deliberate ploy in their role as mouthpieces for the Conservative propaganda machine. The hyping-up of 'terrorist threats' is all part of the methodology of taking people's eyes off the all-to-real threats and problems resulting from their disastrous policies that actually do affect most of us every day of the year.

Only the feeble-minded could fail to see that.
