We would not have had anything like such a useful room layout if we had not waited and done things slowly changing our minds and inventing new bits
Sort of sums up the advantage, though I think the timescale echoes Robert Louis Stevenson -
"Little do ye know your own blessedness; for to travel hopefully is a better thing than to arrive, and the true success is to labour."

Which in finding that quotation was not the case, it took a lot of internet prodding to prove it wasn't Oscar Wilde (as I imagined). I wonder if my memory banks (Wilde stub) have re-booted.
