I drink several mugs a day. Leaf tea made in the strainer; blend, usually, of two-thirds Darjeeling & one-third Ceylon, just straight black, no milk or sugar. V rarely drink coffee these days, tho Emma sometimes makes a cafetière after dinner & I have a black-sugarless cup. These my stimulant substitute for alcohol, which I have drunk none of for 14 years now.

Suits me, tho I daresay some mileages may vary.
