A few busy days. I was so encouraged by selling pots wholesale that I made a bunch more at Beaver, of the sorts Lillian suggested, and brought them down here to fire. A stained glass pro came by and discussed the piece I need repaired and took it away to do so. I showed him drying pots and he got quite excited and offered to do a trade for some of the fee. But these were not glazed and I started wondering if I could make them look more like they do "raw". So will be mixing a new/old glaze to try out. Tomorrow!

Yesterday was LONG: trimming pots, went for tetanus shot, trimmed more pots, loaded car and dashed away to dental clinic, a totally positive experience, then wended my way here, arriving at 9 pm. Today - taking a break but also did a bit of sorting and organizing of stuff. This thread reminds me I have a very large microwave around here somewhere; maybe I could put it in the studio; I hear one can dry pots with it.

I tend to move from area to area, doing what I can, then running out of ideas for that area, move on to another, just looking for what I have the energy - physical and mental - to accomplish.

Four hours on the computer is long enough!!!! Time for supper and a book.
