Well Villareal seemed fazed by the Anfield cauldron. But they are not little or no opposition, Mike. They're right up there in La Liga, and that league is no pushover. I love to watch the consummate skill of the tikka-tikka Barça lads but I also love the contrast of the pressing game, a great way to play if your team is a little less stellar but full of great team spirit and energy, and a bit of pace in the counter-attack is the icing on the cake. Gone are the days of those dreary defensive games we had to endure in the 70s and 80s, largely thanks to baleful European influence, now a thing of the past. But Leicester are the archetypal hairy-arse underdogs, nowt to prove and capable of embarrassing teams that cost ten times as much as them. So positive. I love it! Viva footie!

Mike, my boyhood hero was the great Jimmy McIlroy, the finest man ever to grace the beautiful game. I admit that Georgie was a bloody genius. But, apart from him, can you match Jimmy Mac?
