E.C. Perrow's song 76 (from 1909) in his multipart 1910s article reads like this:

"Done all I can do
Trying to get along wid you;
Gwine to carry you to your mammy pay day."

The original manuscript (see the "E.C. Perrow original manuscripts online" thread) appears to have more that's all part of the same song, as provided to Perrow by W.G. Pitts:

"you been hanging around
and fooling around till the
summers all most gone.
summers all most gone babe
summers all most gone
done all I can do
trying to get along wid you
gwine to carry you to your mamy
pay day"
