The issue is whether beingness is or is not the same stuff as spacetime. If not, it would have to take on the aspect of a Zeroeth power--potential able to perceive and intend but without necessary location or form.

There is no question that at least part of the unbounded potential of being is impinged upon spacetime. That's why you see all these meat-identities moving and speaking all over the planet. But I like the possibility that this is just a tendril -- the tippy tip of a vine peeking in from some other garden altogether, where boundless creativity and curiosity reign and "mechanical intelligence" is some kind of joke.
