I remain baffled. Name badges are adhesive, come on a cord, or have a safety pin in the back. None of them call for a little tab over the pocket.

The Sheplers' ad shows the tab, but all it does is hold the maker's label. (If I owned that shirt, the first thing I would do is remove that label.)
