Rick, our jam pals were here Friday night. First time I played since the fire over a month ago, on anything. I autoharped a storm up on the electric Oscar through the Roland Bolt 60 tube geetar amp, with a geetar player on either side to which chords my fingers were hitting and follow along. I thought I would die of pleasure from the blast-- the sound waves coming up at me from the harp on the desk tilted to my face, the soundbox of the desk as one amp, the Roland, and twin geetars right in my ears. I think I am HEALED, thank you JAYZUSS! Also I hammered the harp with my favorite hammer, a stainless steel iced tea spoon. (I'll use it till Spaw sends me a bone whacker.)

Of course I had the slider out and thought of you, and all the help you've given me, but alas, a more experienced slider captured its heart for the evening after I'd warmed the cockles of its heart. Come on over with Duckboots. We'll play, but more important, we'll LAFF. You make cake and stidney pie with Hardiman.
