Well. Ectually. It's the blood pressure meds, the adrenal system, and having had a bang-up counseling catharsis recently with a need to play hard now. BP is up and adrenal recharge nearly complete I think. I'll pay for this in the next couple of days. But it's fun while it's going on, and if I take more BP med now to bring it down then the BP will be too low when the adrenals slump, and they still do. And if I allow that, it's back to being flat on the couch with metabolism slumping as a result, too. Part of what I deal with. Just another side of me.

It is all leveling out though, at last, and I don't have to choke down a tureen full of vitamins twice every day anymore. If I work it right I can go swimming tomorrow. It's been months. Pool's been just too cold for the amount of heat I can generate.
