He was responsible for me going into Folk music. After singing a pop song in a B'ham free n'easy he asked "was that you singing?" I said "yes, did you like it?" He replied "no, it was crap. but you ought to try singing Folk instead" He introduced me to Ian Campbell and the rest is history, Good to think he'll now be back with Ian and the group.
