I don't think there is a fate or destiny for our existence, that there is a path this world is headed. I always thought that change is wrought by natural selection and natural forces, be it animal, plant or geographic change. Water and ice change landscapes, climate change effects water levels. i don't see where these beliefs are consistent with a design, intelligent or otherwise. Ebbie, believe it or not, I've always, at least since '77 thought of that as the force, normally not out load. Mike
