I agree EB. I have Win 7 Ultimate and run both Office 2003 and 2010 with no issues at all. I also run Publisher, Project and Visio and see absolutely no need to upgrade. If security updates end in 2020 as stated by DaveRo, i'll simply use the PC disconnected to the Internet as I do if I want to use some XP only software I have too.
