MEPs being part of a useless gravy train for get paid inflated salaries, masses in expenses that require no receipts, allowances and upon completion of their elected five year term an 80% salary pension upon which, irrespective of where they live is taxed at the lowest rate of taxation in the EU. So if Farage is an elected member of the European Parliament he is therefore free to claim any expenses and allowances to which he is entitled - whether he actually incurred them or not as is the will of the EU.
