Gee, the real cowboy types I've seen out TX and OK way have been playing some really beautiful old, high mileage, but great sounding Parlor type guitars - 000's and so forth. They are small enought to be practical for trail life - yet pretty sounding for the campfire, poet songs.Having said that, my very favorite Jumbo is the Larrivee models. Just a killer sound, and works of art in the looks department. But the more reasonable priced models, are the commonly used (and rightfully so, by my reckoning) Taylors. They have a few dreadnaughts I like.
