Thread Name: Chord Req: Tomorrow Lies in the Cradle
Subject: RE: Chord Req: Tomorrow Lies in the Cradle
In honor of Fred who gifted us with endless pleasure here is the my simple strummer's low-tech version that is not precise but close enough when tabs and notes mean zilch:

Start in A then pick an Am chord at 3rd fret slide to 5th fret and back to 3rd fret. No bar needed just pluck those strings.

A then play a barred F on 3rd fret and slide it north to the 2nd fret.
Stay on that fret.
Play Am barred on the 2nd fret then on the same 2nd fret E (barred)
do this twice then Am again on 2nd fret and then a B7 on the 3rd
to Em on 2nd fret and regular A7.

The chorus is D then A6(bar)
Em on 2nd fret and A7 on the same 2nd fret
then E7

A then again F on 3rd fret slide F to 2nd fret
and Bm (Am on 2nd fret) to E7
and A then do the intro slide again (above)

Also there is a simple slide before the E7 that looks fancy but is actually just a D on the 4th fret slid up to D and then E.

Have fun!
