It's a mispronounced Hungarian dish - and you cannot skimp on the butter or the sour cream, or it doesn't work. The real name just means sliced potatoes. Rocket Crumple is way better.

My vegetarian sister makes it with mushrooms instead of sausage, but I look down my nose at that. They say it's still yummy.
