£13,229.38 has just been transferred from my account to Dick Gaughan's agent's clients' account.

I have just sent the following email to JustGiving:


Dear JustGiving

£13,229.38 has just been transferred to my account on behalf of Dick Gaughan.

JustGiving are supposed to just take 5%.

5% of £14,405 is £720.25

£14,405-£13,229.38 is £1,175.62

It seems that £1.175.62-£720.25 : £455.37 is missing

Your terms of reference mention transfer costs being additional. How do you justify over £450 for this over and above your 5%?

There are a lot of puzzled donors watching this.
