O BAMA!

I can't believe I forgot THAT one, after eight years.
More than once, I have heard my fellow citizens pronounce POTUS's name in exactly that fashion, rather like the stamping of feet.
Not just o BA ma, mind you, but
O! BAMA!, wham-bam style.

And the other name I recall, in the same tone of voice and the same stamping of metaphorical feet:

Sa DAMN Who SANE. Emphasis on the DAMN in Saddam.
