So what is happening in our Universe the Sun is tilting ? and what is going to happen in 2017 ...to 2018 . Are those words just words in a Speech or are they a hind to a more coming things ? what ever they are , not long ago they who watch the outer space saw some things coming into our Solar system . I often wonder what is going on there , three years ago some thing changed in the Universe..
