Just had a message from Hilary to say that it has been confirmed as a stroke in the brain stem. They will probably try to bring him out of the coma tomorrow and then see how he responds.

He was taken in on 10th but we don't know how long it was after he collapsed before they found him. He was unconcious then but did make some arm and leg movements at the time.

I'll wait for further news from Hilary.

This now makes two Wrigley Head dancers with strokes in one week. Ray Murphy is also in hospital but has only his right arm affected and movement in that seems to be recovering so far.
