Many jars of green tomato relish processed today, though these tomatoes came out of the garden yesterday (it finally froze overnight - excellent timing!). Tomorrow some lasagna casseroles will be assembled and go into the freezer. And the turkey into the fridge, and will finish thawing in cold water the day before the night it gets brined, to road on Thanksgiving day.
