I've always found them very good and helpful in the past. I bought my concertina from them some years ago and I've bought ukuleles from them at Whitby and found them generally helpful. When I bought a banjo uke, it had poor strings with a particularly dead G string and they gave me a replacement set of strings with no quibbles.

I've just ordered a banjo ukulele and a case for it from their sale stock. I'm assuming it's a clearance sale as the prices are a little silly. The order confirmation has come through but I'm waiting for the payment confirmation from Pay Pal. That should come through soon if it's all OK but it's on my other email address so I have to wait for the auto forwarding to kick in.
