Yes we should. If it looks like bullshit it's down to them, if they want to retain our interest, to explain why it isn't. What is art if it doesn't reach out and grab you by the lapels? Art is about edification, not deliberate obfuscation. The true artist urgently wants to communicate and to enlighten.
