And as to why it matters:

1. The DEMOCRATS have been claiming there is no need for any voter ID, as there is NO fraud.

2. There are complaints that the popular vote was for Hillary ( ie, she stuffed the ballot box)

3. Even when the Democrats cheat, they cannot always win.

The fact that Trump took the STATE, but the areas where the voter fraud occurred went for Hillary, should say something. I have to wonder if there ARE any honest Liberals?
