No, it's "Cole", as in "coleslaw". It's another word for cabbage. King Cole tea is made of a blend of leaves, stems, and flowers from various members of the cabbage (brassica) family. Plants which may be found in a batch of King Cole tea include kale, cabbage, collard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, canola, turnip, and rutabaga.
