Rap,I'm so sorry.

I knew that when my mom died in '92 I was on my own. I've been lucky enough to have good friends to spend Christmas with. I usually go to Canada, but I'm broke this year, and didn't feel like driving the 11 or 12 hours and then trying to act like a competent human. I miss being there anyway, and I miss spending Christmas with friends. Oddly enough, it's not a big deal. Christmas repast was macaroni & cheese, and it's just a Sunday, and I'm fine. I suppose I just don't feel the pressure that some do. Dunno.
...of course, I've been painting (watercolors) all day, and that certainly helps with the oxytocin.
