Yer Yankee hickory smoked ham is shite. Dry as turkey turd beer. Maybe they're supposed to be baked? Anyway, there should be a warning on the label. Like, "DO NOT BOIL. IF YOU BOIL THIS HAM, IT WILL COME OUT DRY AND TASTELESS." Smoked picnic pork shoulder for me forever. I don't even know if this crap can be used for ham and eggs in the morn. But the veggies, local, are delish.
