That's the standard, play the racist card for anything you don't like.
There are mentions of many nationalities there, but no 'Race'.
If you believe that any one of the nationalities mentioned there have specific traits that would enable them to be treated as a 'race' then you are guilty of the very racism that you accuse everyone else of.
