America had no need to be involved in Libya Greg, President Obama was extremely reluctant to move on the issue, until Mrs Clinton(looking towards her own political future) took the initiative. It was a win/ win situation for Clinton and A lose/lose situation for President Obama. The US political establishment wanted war for the usual reasons......Iraq/ Libya/ Syria.
