The song Jim Ringer recorded does not really share the title of the Stephen Foster song. Jim's song is "Waiting for the Hard Times to Go," and it's the title song of his Folk-Legacy recording (cassette #47 -- to be on CD when we can afford to put it out!). Jim wrote the song himself.
