THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE CORRECTION OF SILLY MISTAKES would like to apologise for the error in the opening post.

The "renowned fiddler" who partnered Bing Lyle was not, in fact, himself - rather it was Ben Paley.

The mistake has been fully investigated by the department and they are now able to report that the reason for the error is that person who wrote the opening post is a complete idiot.
