It seems that the same file is invalid on Windows yet is OK on Linux. This imiies that Windows doesn't like it. I suspect that this is because the folder / file names within it are too long or contain spaces. I suggest or request that anyone who has managed to unpack it uploads said files to Dropbox or WeTransfer. I did suggest to the original uploader that sepaerate files would have been a better idea.
