This archive includes 2 folders - see my first post. If Windows objects to the format, I would try extracting just "The Columbia World Library Of Folk & Primitive Music" and not __MACOSX. That might need a command-line program to do. I used to use 7zip on Windows - that has a CLI.

Perhaps google "__MACOSX zip windows" or similar for suggestions.
