The general consensus of those I have met in these parts is that we have landed in a special town, vital and warm-hearted, physically beautiful and both civic- and civil-minded. I believe this is correct, and it is the reason I moved here. I have met double handfuls of people of all kinds of interesting walks of life and every one of them has been kindly, civil, and welcoming.
