There is no doubt of what Thatcher was - she decare that the mass murder theat was going on in Chile was "democracy", she moved heaven and earth to prevent Pinochet from coming to trail for his crimes and she accused those who wished to bring him to trail as "running a police state"
She even organised a rally attended by her extremely embarrassed cabinet, where she and others declared their support for this dictator, complete wit crossed British and Chilean flags

Trump enlisted the aid of a foreign power to win n election, he won that election by setting one group of Americans against the other, using "security" as an excuse, he deliberately targetted five Muslim nations, carefully omitting the one which financed and provided terrorists for 9/11.
He is running roughshod over the American constitution and denigrating his own security services and justice system - he is even attempting to control information on his actions.
In the process, those neared=st to him are dropping like flies.

If Britain had adopted the attitude the same attitude to towards refugees in the thirties taht yoiu abd yours are doing towards thiose same refugees now, there would have been a lot less Jews than there are today
