Good news for all south Yorks folkies, Pete Coe is back at Kiveton Park Folk Club this coming Tuesday.From the 1970s until the present, Pete has been a major influence in the folk scene. A tireless performer, singer, song writer, folk song collector, multi-instrumentalist, dance caller, teacher, step-dancer and so on and has been part of several groupings including The New Victory Band, Bandoggs and Red Shift. He's the epitome of an excellent all-round performer, entertaining audiences with superb musicianship, singing and no small amount of cutting wit. A firm favourite at Kiveton since his beginnings, Pete is back to enthral us all with his talent once again. A night not to be missed! Kick off 8:30, free tea, coffee and grub, friendly welcoming crowd and the inimitable Pete Coe. Admission £7 non-members.
