Very sorry to hear this - I think I first came across Ian with Charley Yarwood in the Horse and Groom at Sidmouth.

I last heard him sing at Graham Metcalfe's 70th birthday party a couple of years ago, and he was quite frail then, so this news isn't entirely surprising though very sad. He lived in London for a while in the 1990s, and Mick Pearce and I used to give him lifts to the Ealing Folk and Blues club.
