Chuck Berry ...he bestrode the world of rock n' roll like a colossus.

I vividly remember seeing him at the Usher hall in Edinburgh in 1965 on one of these "package tours" so popular in the 60's. The Moody Blues, Long John Baldry, and the Graham Bond Organization were on the same bill. All the acts were good , but Berry absolutely ruled that stage.
