True enough, Jack, audio recording is a better record of what you actually do. But there are situations where written music is needed, with singing groups sometimes - and of course with any written publication.

Apple iphone? Not something I'd shell out for. Phones are basically for phone calls, I feel. though a few extra facilities are handy. I recently upgraded to a Doro 8030, designed in Sweden with aged people like me in mind, simple to use and good loud sound when I'm making a phone call. You could buy six of those for the price of a modern iphone.
