It's only taken me 7 years to find this post!!! I'm John McGowan, half of Malfunction. The other half is Chris Laverty who wrote the song. It can be heard on our myspace site along with other live recordings from the time we were playing regularly. Haven't performed together for 7 years but rehearsing at the moment for a possible gig in the future. Cheers
