The wider version of "antisemitism" was drawn up by a body that was advised mostly by pro-Israel lobby groups and its aim was to protect the Israeli regime from criticism. That loss of focus is very injurious to Jewish people as it departs from the only workable definition, that antisemitism is attacking Jews because they are Jews. Nothing to do with countries or regimes. Easy to interpret, no need for angst over marginal is-it-isn't-it squabbles as we've seen with regard to the Labour Party. Two things are now going to happen. You are going to tell me how many countries have adopted it and you are going to keep rattling on and on. But I'm not discussing it with you any more because you are not going to use your brain.
