My late little brother told me about dressing out a deer that was strung up on his sons' swing set. Everything went well, the meat was cut and stored in the freezer and a locker, and then he had to get rid of the garbage bag with the "remains." He loaded it into his car and went down to where the City parked the garbage trucks. He unloaded the bag and put it in the back of one of the trucks...and a leg bone fell out. He said that at midnight, in a dark parking area, when you're putting a bag of guts into a garbage truck, a deer femur looks remarkably like a human one. And he was very happy that there were no cops witnessing it!
