Hope someone out there can help. I just purchased a Yamaha MG10 mixer for my son Danny, the idea being to hook up the keyboard and guitar so he can record some songs he has written. We plugged it all in and it works, the only thing is there is a slight delay between playing a note and it hitting the screen.

We have a program called Reaper and also we tried it in Audacity but try what may we cannot get rid of the delay.

Would appreciate any ideas at all, as we have totally run out of things to try.
