What do you do when the wind is blowing drizzle to and fro and it's 6C? Well, it's obvious. Cook a turkey with all the fixin's, of course. Got a 3kg turkey because I asked meat dept. manager to set aside the smallest one he could find during the sale before Easter; spuds; carrots; turnip; dressing (Stove Top Dressing on accounta Mum won't eat anything with onions in it... SNIFF!... I love my dressing of just dry bread, summer savoury, and onions set in the fridge overnight); olives; assorted pickles; Dutch apple pie... Jaysus! I am gaining weight already!
