The fiddler with whom I play as a duo has just had her fiddle kitted out with an LR Baggs pickup. Now I know we can go straight to the board with this, but she really wants to have a preamp and radio transmitter set-up. The problem is, although we are both brilliant musicians, we know squat about electronics. Hence the plea for help.

Are there any fiddlers out there who use a radio transmitter and preamp together, is such a package available in one unit, is it possible to transmit to a preamp located at the amp? (She doesn't want to look like Bill Murray in "Ghostbusters" )

Any help would be gratefully received. I realise this may have been discussed before, but if so I can't find any previous threads.
