I'm damn sure that our entire justice system is based on finding the truth in a situation where the parties concerned refuse to co-operate - does that make it crap, as Teribus has depicted it?

Or the Special Forces who co-operated with them and facilitated killings, or the police, or the judiciary, or the politicians
